Our scheduled install was to begin between 8 and 10am. The gentlemen arrived a bit after 8 and immediately got to work. From covering their shoes with whatever you call those things...paper booties, to laying down tarps throughout my home, this install was top notch. They said they would be there until maybe 4 pm, but sometime a little after 3, and this includes waiting for a correct part to be delivered, the men were gone and you had little idea they had been there. We had a thorough explanation of what they did, how to service the unit (what we could), and how to get back with them in case there was a problem. They were respectful of our home, and property. My wife and I both work from home and would have a hard time knowing a complete HVAC system was being replaced. I candidly think they left my area where they did the install cleaner than they found it. For what we spent, yes, you would expect top-notch service, but this was quite a bit more than we expected. From showing up on time, well dressed, respectable, diligent about getting to work, personable, educational, and professional, all the marks were hit. When we need to have our other system replaced in the next year or so to come, not only will we use DIbiase again, but we will request these two technicians as well....even if one is a Michigan fan. :)

Performed QA on Mitsubishi Single Ductless unit. Homeowner said system is working very well and she is very happy with it. Ran system in cooling and tested amp draw and voltage. Poured water into the drain to make sure it was draining. Adjusted the drain tubing in the garage so it was pitched better. It had one or two spots where it was bellied. Completed checklist form in system. No follow is needed.
Installed new 15 amp breaker installed new indoor head, installed new outdoor unit with disconnect and surge protector, connected lineset from outside unit to indoor head, pressure tested, vacuumed unit and cracked the service valves, tested out tested drain.
